"I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 19 years and I would not want to live anywhere else. The floor space in the two bedroom apartments are roomy and yes, there are not a lot of electrical outlets, but that is due to when the apartments were built and people did not use as many electrical gadgets back in the 1940s."

"We lived in HPCA twice. My fiance and I moved there in 2009 without seeing the apartment in person previously. Staff was nice and attentive. It was nice to be able to use gym during winter months. The complex is very close to the park, great for jogging and walking. Right on the bus line and buses come frequently. We moved away for a year and had to move back to Pittsburgh in 2011. Didn't think twice about where to live again and luckily HPCA had an apt available and it was renovated! We noticed many of the old neighbors still living there. Very mixed group of people and ages."
